Whether to ease muscles after a hard week at work, a big race, or just taking time out to relax and take a breath after a particularly stressful time, relaxation massage can help  physically and mentally unwind. Attention is given to areas of priority on the day. Will include consultation about current health and may include homecare suggestions.

Relaxation Massage 90 mins

Focuses more on a specific issue, such as injury recovery, pain or restricted movement, specific assistance with training, or discomfort related to some other health condition. Assessment and treatment are tailored to your specific issues on the day and homecare suggestions offered (treatment may take more than one session).

Therapeutic Massage 60 mins

Tailored to your needs when pregnant. Time out for you, and a chance to ease any tension or other discomforts. Usually but not always in a supported side-lying position. Current health and massage needs are discussed during consultation and homecare suggestions offered. 

Pregnancy Massage 60 mins

Relaxation Massage 60 mins

A massage focused on an area you have issues with, and a chance to see how I work. Includes consultation about current health and may include homecare or follow-up suggestions.
